
Refund and Return Policy for Creativeluis

At Creativeluis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, including any tags or promotional packaging.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items and final sale items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at (860) 228-0543. When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label if necessary.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Creativeluis will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order. If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect or error, please contact us for further instructions.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at (860) 228-0543. We will assist you with arranging a return and send you a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.
Please note that all claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In the case of cancellations before shipping, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
8. Store Credit
If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, we will issue a gift card for the full value of your returned items. Store credit is valid for use on any future purchases at Creativeluis and does not expire.
